RoomJai connects guests with independent accommodation owners. Bookings are contracts between the guest and the property.
Privacy
We collect only the contact details needed for your stay. We never store bank card data or identity documents. Property owners see only bookings made at their own property.
Cancellation policy
Each property sets its own cancellation window and fee, shown before you book. Requests awaiting approval can be cancelled free of charge.
